Where do you find the recipes that you use on Kneady Kitchen?

Simply put...everywhere and anywhere. A lot of my recipes are family recipes or recipes passed on from friends. All of my recipes are simple...I don't have a lot of time, especially after working all day. Too many ingredients in a recipe and I just can't commit! In addition, my husband is a very picky eater, although he is getting better I can't get too fancy on him. I adapt recipes that I find in magazines to make the suit our taste and our needs.

Why the name, Kneady Kitchen?

Because as I try new recipes and family recipes, I can be quite "Kneady". Sometimes there are lots of questions and other times there is a lot of frustration, but it always works out in the end and if not, at least I tried!

What type of camera do you use?

Please bear with me on this one. My wonderful husband just bought me the NIKON D5000 that I absolutely had to have. Do I love it? YES! Do I know how to use it? NO! But I am learning...it's just a slow process. I can see that my pictures are better already. I also have found (as anyone will tell you) the key is natural light. Pretty challenging considering most months I work all day, so by the time dinner rolls around...its dark. At least I have off all summer! Just one of the perks of being a school nurse!
