Buffalo Chicken Pizza Sticks

Buffalo chicken pizza sticks are a great game day snack (or, if you're like me, they are the perfect book club snack). Simple ingredients, including Pillsbury pizza crust, make the prep time short and leave you with more time to relax. This was my second time making these - definitely a keeper. I love anything Buffalo Chicken but I'm kind of a wimp when it comes to spicy foods. I loved the idea but used too much wing sauce (use wing sauce instead of hot sauce, it's thicker). My husband thought they were perfect so next time I'll make half mild and half hot. Easy Peasy.

Just a thought, why not dip these in Ranch...wait ....even better, blue cheese!! That's it, why didn't I think of this before? Like 3 hours ago when my mouth was on F-I-R-E!!!!


Serves   : 4
Prep   : 20 Minutes
Cook   : 18 Minutes
Preheat Oven   : 400 Degrees


Ingredients
2   Boneless chicken breasts
1 can   Pillsbury pizza dough
5    Green onions, sliced
3/4 cup   Cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 cup   Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup   Frank's wing sauce


Preparation
1.
Boil and shred boneless chicken breast. Slice green onions and shred cheese.
 
2.
Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
3.
Spread pizza dough, not to cover entire surface.
 
4.
Bake dough for 8 minutes.
5.
Mix chicken and hot sauce, spread over baked dough.
   
6.
Bake again for 3 minutes.
 
7.
Top with shredded cheese, return to oven for 3 minutes.
8.
Once cheese melts, remove from oven and top with green onions.
