No Bake Power Energy Balls...Yes No-Bake and delicious and healthy. Really?! Yes, really! Those were the thoughts that ran through my head when I heard about this recipe. I'm going to be honest. I am a junk food addict. Yep...ask my husband, it's true. I love snacks. These Power Bites are the perfect high energy snack when you are craving sweets or just need to get through the day. I would eat one or two at a time and they stayed fresh in the fridge throughout the week. The prep is simple and can be completed in less than 10 minutes, always a good thing when you have two little girls running around vying for your attention.
