I am not a breakfast person, not at all, not even a little bit, especially on the weekdays. No bacon, eggs, pancakes in this house. Now on a weekend, after I'm up for what seems like hours, (considering Ava gets up at 630 AM it usually is hours) and I've had a cup (or three) of coffee - I can handle breakfast.

My personal favorite is French Toast; bacon on the side (optional). I knew it wasn't too hard but never took the time to try it. Recently, I decided that Ken deserves a good breakfast every now and again considering breakfast is one of his favorite meals (opposites attract).

French Toast is probably one of the easiest things I make...I know I say that about almost everything I make but truly it is. Usually, I have all of the ingredients in the house so I can get this together pretty quick. Ava even gave it a try and she didn't spit it out...bonus!
