Homemade meatballs are every bit as delicious as you imagined. Meatballs are easy to prepare and are perfect for adding to your spaghetti sauce, making meatball sandwiches or adding to Wedding Soup. I hadn't thought of making meatballs until I decided to make homemade wedding soup. After making the meatballs for the wedding soup I decided to prepare meatball sandwiches for a recent party that we hosted at our house.

Making meatballs requires a bit of patience as rolling the meatballs does take some time...but don't let that stop you from enjoying this meatball recipe. My suggestion to you is, when you are rolling your meatballs take the time to make them round and equal in size, remembering not not roll it too large. Nobody likes a sloppy meatball and when meatballs are too big they don't seem as appetizing, but then again that is my personal opinion on meatballs.

This meatball recipe was given to me by my Grandma. I can't say that my meatballs are as good as my Grandma's meatballs but I think I am getting close to perfecting the meatball recipe. Go ahead and try to make your own meatballs. Happy meatball rolling!

Serves   :
Prep   : 20 Minutes
Bake   : 10 Minutes
Preheat Oven   : 350 Degrees

1 pound    ground beef
2   eggs
2 Tbsp.    grated romano cheese
1 tsp.    parsley
1 tsp.    garlic salt
1 cup    bread crumbs
to taste    salt and pepper

Mix all meatball ingredients together.
Roll into balls the size of marbles (for wedding soup) and larger for regular meatballs.
Place onto baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
After the meatball is finished baking, it can be ate immediately or cooked further in spaghetti sauce or wedding soup.
