Mediterranean Dip

I am such a big fan of appetizers especially dips! I'm sure you know that by now, though. I could definitely make a meal of appetizers and dips! Forget the main course - bring on the cream cheese! My friend Amanda made this and I was hooked. Every time I make it for a special celebration Mediterranean dip is welcomed with open arms.

I really enjoy easy recipes - especially with Ava always close by. Honestly, this is a very easy recipe. The most time consuming aspect is waiting for the spinach to defrost and then draining it.

I always serve Mediterranean dip with tortilla chips but you could also serve it with pita chips or crackers if you want.


Serves   : 10
Prep   : 15 Minutes
Cook   : 
Preheat Oven   : 

Ingredients
1 box   chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1   tomato, chopped
1 can   olives, chopped
1 bunch   green onions, chopped
8 oz   cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp   milk
1 container   tomato basil feta
   tortilla chips


Preparation
1.
Mix together, cream cheese, and most of the feta cheese, you will need to save some to crumble on top and milk.
 
2.
Spread mixture into the bottom of a pie plate.
 
3.
Top with spinach, olives, tomatoes and green onions.
   
   
4.
Crumble remaining feta on top. Chill under you are ready to serve.
