Oreo truffles are so incredibly delicious. As I am writing this, I am wishing I had one right now! With only three ingredients and no baking time, I'm actually surprised I don't make these more often. I definitely need to add this to our favorite snack menu. You really can't go wrong with an Oreo truffle. Who doesn't love an Oreo?

Serves   : 6
Prep   : 30 Minutes
Cook   :
Preheat Oven   :

Ingredients
1 package   Oreos, crushed and divided
8 oz   Cream cheese, softened
16 oz   Chocolate discs, melted

Preparation
1.
Finely crush Oreos. I used a rolling pin and placed the Oreos in a plastic zip bag.

2.
Take 3 cups of crushed Oreos and mix with softened cream cheese, until mixture is smooth.

3.
Chill dough in refrigerator for two hours or in freezer for a half hour.
4.
Roll dough into balls, placing each ball onto a baking sheet lined with waxed paper.

5.
Melt chocolate in microwave, in 30 second intervals, until smooth.

6.
Dip Oreo balls into chocolate mixture coating evenly. Placing truffle back into baking sheet and refrigerating until chocolate sets. Store in airtight container until ready to serve.
