Chop onions and carrots. (I used a food processor)

Prepare ditalini pasta, as directed on box.

Heat oil in large stock pot, with garlic, onions and carrots.

Add sausage and cook until no longer pink, drain excess oil.

Add Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes.
|
|

Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce and chicken broth.

|

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, covered.

|
Stir in the beans and ditalini at this point. Simmer for 6-8 minutes.

|
|
9.
|
|
Serve topped with cheese.
