Warning! Peanut butter pie is NOT low fat or low calorie but it is so delicious does it really matter? This peanut butter pie is so rich and creamy it will literally melt in your mouth and if you choose to drizzle the top with chocolate you have the best of both worlds...peanut butter and chocolate. Seriously, this pie is restaurant quality, in fact, it may be better than some of the desserts I have had in restaurants. Is your mouth watering yet? It should be!

The preparation is so easy, other than the fact that the peanut butter and marshmallow cream are both extremely sticky, it only takes 20 minutes at the most to prepare. When you want something a little different than the typical cake or brownie I recommend trying this peanut butter pie recipe.

The peanut butter pie is very rich and decadent; all you need is a small piece. It is great for dessert when you have dinner guests or, if you are anything like my husband and I, we enjoy it as a sweet snack. I serve the peanut butter pie directly from the freezer, only letting it sit out for 10 minutes or so once I cut it. It is a lot easier to cut when it is still frozen. But enough of this...go get started making your peanut butter pie, you won't regret it!
