Grease loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, set aside.

In another bowl, gently stir together, bananas, peanut butter, oil, granulated sugar and brown sugars, and egg.

Pour dry ingredients over the wet ingredients.

Stir until combined. This will be lumpy. Do not over stir.

Fold in Reese's Mini Cups.

Bake in oven for one hour or until cake tested comes out clean.
