Scrambled Eggs

I don't know how everyone else's Saturday started but mine started like this: "How do you makes those scrambled eggs?" I decided, "Why not make them for Ava and Ken and post the steps on Kneady Kitchen?" That way, next time Ken is requesting scrambled eggs - here are the step by step instructions. Scrambled eggs are simple enough. I add milk and cheese because that is how my Mom does it. I couldn't tell you how the rest of the world makes them, but I do know that Ken never used the milk before.

Flashback to a few weeks ago - Ken made his scrambled eggs then, not even 10 minutes later, I made Princess Ava scrambled eggs. Let's just say Ken was disgruntled because he was eating dry rubbery eggs and Ava was eating light, fluffy deliciously cheesy eggs. Point being: I would go with the milk and cheese...!


Serves   : 2
Prep   : 5 Minutes
Cook   : 10 Minutes
Preheat Oven   : 


Ingredients
4   Eggs
1/2 cup   Milk
2 slices   American cheese


Preparation
1.
Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
2.
Crack eggs into a bowl.
 
3.
Add milk and beat.
   
4.
Pour mixture into skillet and cook at low to medium heat.
 
5.
Cut cheese into pieces and place into skillet.
 
6.
When bubbly start scramble with the edge of the spatula.
   
7.
Continue to cook at low to medium heat until bubbly.
   
8.
Cook until no longer runny.
