Spinach Artichoke Dip

As I said before, I love dips and this is one of my favs! Well actually all dips are my favorite but this one is seriously good, only requires a few ingredients, and is so simple to make. As much as I love cold spinach dip you can't beat this hot spinach and artichoke dip. Spinach and artichoke dip reminds me of an appetizer that you would order at a restaurant.

If you want to add more cheese or mayonaise that is totally up to you. I always like to add a bit more mayonaise so that when I bake it it doesn't dry out. Serve this spinach and artichoke dip with crackers or tortilla chips, your choice.

Maybe with all of these dip recipes you should have a dip party! Each guest can bring a different dip. Sounds yummy to me! Be sure not to over heat this dip because it can dry out.


Serves   : 
Prep   : 15 Minutes
Bake   : 20 Minutes
Preheat Oven   : 350 Degrees


Ingredients
2 small boxes    chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 can    artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup    mayonaise
1 cup    Parmesan cheese
2 tsp    minced garlic


Preparation
1.
Chop artichoke hearts.

Mix garlic and parmesan cheese together. Add more cheese if you prefer.

Add thawed and drained chopped spinach and chopped artichoke hearts.
 
4.
Add mayonaise and mix well. If mixture appears dry add more mayonaise.
 
5.
Spread into a 9x9 dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
