I just can't get enough of spinach salad. It is so different than the traditional tossed salad. I actually enjoy salads again! Perfect for summer, spinach salad is crisp and refreshing. The glazed walnuts add a little sweetness and the pear balances it out.

Make sure you serve spinach salad immediately after dressing it, otherwise it will become too soggy. You can add as much dressing as you prefer, however, it is best to dress the entire salad rather than do it individually.

Spinach salad is perfect for your next summer picnic. We just had spinach salad over Memorial Day and I can't wait to eat it again!

Highly descriptive article, I liked that bit. Will there be a part 2?
