Cheeseburger Wraps
Cheeseburger wraps satisfy your cheeseburger cravings without adding extra calories. Super easy to prepare on those crazy weeknights and an instant favorite!
Chili
Chili...perfect for cold winter nights. Also perfect when you want to add a little kick to your dinner. I did not use a seasoning packet this time. Instead, I used Bush's Chili Beans that were in a mild chili sauce. Although the recipe did not call for tomato sauce I added it. The result was amazing.
Meatballs
Homemade meatballs are every bit as delicious as you imagined. Meatballs are easy to prepare and are perfect for adding to your spaghetti sauce, making meatball sandwiches or adding to wedding soup.
Mexican Lasagna
We are Italian so of course we love lasagna...but Mexican Lasagna?! Mexican lasagna is nothing like Italian lasagna (did you think it would be?!) but it is a great combination of flavor and textures.
Mexican Lasagna 2
Mexican Lasagna adds more vegetables to an old favorite. Orange and red peppers and onions add a twist to the traditional Mexican lasagna.
Mini Cheddar Meatloaf
My friend, Leah, thought of me and passed along this mini cheddar meatloaf recipe. Easy and delicious. What more could you ask for?
Oven Baked Tacos
Oven baked tacos are fantastic. None of the messiness of making your taco, it's already made! You won't want to have tacos any other way. Promise!
Stuffed Pepper Casserole
Stuffed peppers are so delicious but sometimes I just don't feel like investing the time that it takes to make them. Stuffed pepper casserole is easy and just as tasty as stuffed peppers but in half the time. After working all day I definitely want a recipe that is easy and fast.
Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Cubanelle peppers is yet another family recipe. My Grandma has so many amazing recipes, but there are a few that always stand out, stuffed peppers is one of those. If you are looking for a great summer recipe, especially if you are using homegrown peppers, you've found it!!
Velveeta Beef Skillet
Velveeta beef skillet is a recipe that I found a few years ago on the Kraft website. After a bunch of modifications and adaptions I am very satisfied with the recipe. Velveeta beef skillet is simple enough to make after work and the best part is...it only requires one skillet. That means less dishes to wash. Works for me.
